Meet Empty Frames board member and founder, Miriam Cobb! The Lord brought the dream of Empty Frames to Miriam in an incredible way. After years of having orphan care and adoption on her heart, Miriam went on a missions trip to Latvia in 2014. The Lord used this time to grow her in her faith and ability to lead.
