Miriam Cobb is founder and director at Empty Frames Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to empowering orphaned and vulnerable youth as they transition out of state care.
Within this role Miriam advocates for youth exiting care, compiles resources for this population, and develops programs/curricula to meet this international need.
Miriam oversaw the compilation of the books The Story of Foster Care, Volumes 1 & 2, and curated the traveling
galleries of the same name. She is active in the anti-trafficking community, specifically focusing on the intersection of human trafficking and state care. She is passionate about sustainable community development, ethical storytelling, and collaborative work.
